How much does YCK Security cost?
Plans start at $20–25/month for self-monitored cameras and grow from there. Professional 24/7 monitoring starts at $40/month. Equipment is quoted separately based on the size of your home and how many cameras or sensors you need.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No 36-month traps. We offer month-to-month monitoring once you own the equipment, plus optional financing on hardware if you'd rather spread the install cost.
How fast can you install?
Most Wasatch Front homes are installed within a week of the free quote. Larger systems and commercial jobs may take two visits.
Will it work at my cabin or second home?
Yes — that's where the "Your Cabin Keeper" name comes from. We can monitor remote properties as long as there's power and cellular or internet. Bear Lake coverage launches later this year.
What happens if my alarm trips?
On the pro monitoring plan, our dispatch center verifies the alarm, contacts you, and dispatches local police or fire if needed — typically within 30–60 seconds.
